# VertexLineup Studio / One clear next step

Self-initiated studio campaign plan. This campaign has not run.
No paid ads, leads, rankings, revenue or audience response are claimed.
All sample costs are illustrative planning figures in CAD.
This document introduces no service price or delivery commitment.

## 1. Audience and task

Audience assumption: owner-operated service businesses in Alberta and across Canada. They have an offer, customer questions or rough notes. They need a service sheet, email or article they can review and use.

I would confirm this audience through actual conversations. Pincher Creek alone is not the assumed source of a steady stream of leads.

Campaign question: does this message bring enquiries I can scope?

Message: bring the notes. I’ll help shape the piece.

Offer: a short briefing guide and a free call. Writing work receives a scoped quote after review.

Primary CTA: Book a free call.
Supporting CTA: Download the brief checklist.

Proposed page: the studio content study and its downloadable briefing sample.
Contact destination: https://vertexlineup.com/contact

What I would leave out: daily posting, extra channels and an always-on retainer. The first bottleneck is whether owners want this work and whether I can scope it clearly.

Category: Marketing & Search Visibility.
Campaign materials use a scoped quote. Publishing support and business-profile packages are pilots. Ad-budget management remains outside the launch service scope. The budget below is a studio test specimen, not a managed-ad service offer.

## 2. Proposed path and event definitions

These names describe a future measurement setup. They do not establish installed tracking or completed events.

### campaign_visit

A visit to the briefing guide with the agreed campaign tag. Repeated visits are not new enquiries.

Source fields: date, campaign, creative, destination, source tag, test status.

### brief_download

A click on the checklist download. It does not confirm that the file was read.

Source fields: date, guide version, campaign tag when available, test status.

### enquiry_received

A received enquiry, deduplicated in an owner-reviewed record. A contact-link click alone does not count.

Source fields: enquiry ID, date, requested deliverable, stated source, campaign tag when available, test status. Keep personal details in the agreed private record.

### scope_fit_confirmed

An owner-reviewed enquiry within the offered scope and available capacity. It is not a sale.

Source fields: enquiry ID, deliverable, budget fit, needed date, approval owner, fit reason, reviewer, review date.

Cost per scoped enquiry = actual media spend / enquiries marked as a scope fit.
If none qualify, the rate remains undefined. Report the spend and the absence of a qualifying enquiry.

No click, enquiry, revenue or conversion target is invented. Real reporting needs dated spend records and deduplicated enquiry records.

## 3. Actual ad-copy drafts

These are adaptable copy specimens. Platform lengths, approvals and placement would be checked before use. No placement is claimed.

### Variant A / Job clarity

**Your service. Clearly written.**

You know what you offer. I help turn your notes into a service sheet, email or article. Tell me who reads it and what they need to do.

CTA: Book a free call.

### Variant B / Time constraint

**Bring the notes you already have.**

You do not need a polished first draft. Send the offer, the questions you hear and the facts I can use. I’ll review the brief before I quote.

CTA: Book a free call.

### Variant C / Useful first step

**A brief you can finish.**

Name the reader. Name the action. Gather the facts. Use my short checklist to prepare your next piece of business content.

CTA: Download the brief checklist.

### Follow-up email / After a requested reply

Subject: Thanks for sending the brief.

I’ve read your notes. Before I quote, I need the format you will use, the date you need it and the person who approves the copy. Please also mark which prices, claims and process details are confirmed. I’ll use that information to propose a scope I can deliver.

Dhairya / VertexLineup Studio

Use this for a person who has enquired and expects a reply. This is a draft, not a sent email or an unsolicited outreach record.

## 4. Four-week schedule

Planning assumptions: one approved offer, existing studio assets and access to the chosen channel. Eight owner hours across four weeks. This is an estimate, not measured delivery time or a customer commitment. The allowance includes preparation, checks and review. It excludes a new tool subscription, client delivery work and extra creative formats.

### Priority 1 / Week 1 / 3 hours

Confirm the message. Check the offer, audience and available capacity. Finish the guide and creative. Review the contact path, links and event definitions. Approve a single channel before any spend.

Review field: approved offer, audience rationale, channel and approver.

### Priority 2 / Week 2 / 2 hours

Test the path. Use test visits and a test enquiry to check the source record. Remove test events from any future campaign report. If the path works and the owner approves, the proposed media test can begin.

Review field: dated path checks, approved creative and spend authorization.

### Priority 3 / Week 3 / 1 hour

Review actual requests. Check received enquiries for fit and gaps in the brief. Change one wording element only if a recorded objection supports it. Pause if the contact path fails or I cannot respond within capacity.

Review field: enquiry records, objections, spend and any change made.

### Priority 4 / Week 4 / 2 hours

Close the test. Reconcile actual spend. Review the enquiry notes. Decide whether to repeat the message, change the scope or stop. If the evidence is thin, record that uncertainty.

Review field: dated evidence, actual spend, time used and next decision.

The four-week window and media days are chosen assumptions. If preparation takes longer, shorten the media test or revise the plan before approval.

## 5. Default illustrative budget

All sample costs below are illustrative, in CAD, before applicable tax and platform fees. Check those before approving a real cap.

Media-day assumption: four active media days per week × three media weeks = 12 active media days.
Week one covers preparation. Weeks two through four provide the media window. If preparation takes longer, shorten the media test or revise the plan before approval.

| Planning item | Illustrative amount | Assumption |
|---|---:|---|
| Media cap | $240 | Finite test amount, not a forecast or platform quote |
| Held reserve | $60 | Held until a specific use is separately approved |
| Additional tool cash cost | $0 | Existing studio tools are available |
| Cash ceiling | $300 | $240 media + $60 reserve + $0 additional tools |
| Planned daily media ceiling | $20 | $240 / 12 active media days |
| Owner time | 8 hours | 3 + 2 + 1 + 2 planned hours |
| Illustrative time allowance | $400 | 8 hours × illustrative $50/hour planning value |

The time allowance is not a service quote or cash expense. The reserve is not added to daily media spend. A real platform limit may behave differently from this planned ceiling.

This arithmetic does not predict platform delivery or results. Reconcile actual spend with dated records. Stop at the approved media cap. Pause a broken contact path. Hold the reserve unless a specific use is approved. Do not increase the cap to compensate for missing evidence.
