A defined scope
I agree the output, price, deadline and revision allowance before work starts. Additional work needs an approved change.
The studio / About
I run VertexLineup Studio from Pincher Creek, Alberta. I create brands, websites, content, business documents and practical tools. You work with me from the first conversation to the finished files.
Founder / Dhairya Patel
I do the work personally. I handle the brief, make the design choices and review what I deliver. When you email the studio, I reply.
I use AI for research, drafts and production assistance. I check sources, challenge assumptions and test the output. A generated draft still needs decisions, editing and a working final file.
I work remotely with businesses across Alberta and Canada. Call times use Mountain Time. I handle enquiries personally.
Working principles
I agree the output, price, deadline and revision allowance before work starts. Additional work needs an approved change.
I use supplied records and traceable sources. I label assumptions and concepts. I do not turn a forecast into a result.
I check the format and the task it needs to serve. That can mean a mobile enquiry form, an editable spreadsheet or a document someone can follow.
I provide the agreed files and instructions. Your accounts stay in your name. Custom website design and copy transfer on final payment.
Website delivery / Five steps
I commit the website window in the agreement. The 14 calendar days start with the complete brief, assets and deposit. Other services have their own agreed timeline.
I ask about your customer, the action the site needs to support, pages, existing accounts and launch date. I check what material is ready.
I write the page allowance, price, inclusions, exclusions and review dates. You approve the agreement and pay the 50% deposit.
I organise the content, draft the copy and build the responsive pages. I check the customer route, source claims and behaviour.
You review the complete site. I work through two consolidated revision rounds for Launch and Growth. Changes beyond the agreement need an approved scope.
You approve the work and pay the final 50%. I launch the site, transfer the agreed custom work and give you files, access and instructions.
Our Tools
I choose the platform around the job: fixed pages, regular editing, product sales or booking. These are options I can scope. Launch and Growth use custom HTML by default.
Local businesses & blogs
Design-forward sites
E-commerce stores
Complex stores
Simple portfolios
Speed-critical sites
Backend & hosting
Booking integration
Stores, CMS builds and custom integrations receive a separate quote. Platform subscriptions and paid extensions are separate. Your accounts stay in your name.
Discuss the right platformPlatform / Ownership
Launch and Growth use HTML, CSS and JavaScript. That fits a business website with fixed pages, an enquiry form and agreed external embeds. A CMS and live store are separate work.
Changes to a static site mean editing its files. I explain that before you choose it.
If you need daily product management, checkout, staff editing or custom account features, I scope the required platform first. Platform fees and paid extensions are separate. A visual concept does not prove an integration is live.
Your domain and provider accounts stay in your name. I hand over the agreed website files and instructions. Custom design and copy transfer on final payment. Fonts, stock assets and third-party software keep their original licences.
Care is optional. You can manage future checks and edits yourself or choose a $149, $299 or $499 monthly tier. I state the monthly work and time allowance before billing.
Compare the monthly care scopeWhat you can inspect
I am building my client record. The portfolio contains eight complete concept websites across eight industries. You can inspect the design and implementation.
They are demonstrations. They do not establish paid client work, sales growth or search rankings. I publish the scope and terms so you can assess the offer directly.

A website may be the first job. A business plan, content bank, document system or reporting tool may be the next. I quote the specific output and explain what it needs from you.
New services are marked as pilots. I confirm the brief and relevant sample before accepting one. Drone capture is coming soon.
Start with the work you need
Bring the output, deadline and material you have. I will recommend a scope.
