These are planning choices for your brief. They are not claims about local clients or measured local demand.
A new website needs a defined audience and a useful next action. Send me the service list, the customers you want to reach and the questions you already hear. I use that material to decide which information belongs on the homepage and which needs its own page. A page count alone does not define the job.
A new business may have no reviews or measured website results. I can write around the work you can demonstrate, the process you follow and the terms you can commit to. I will not fill the gaps with invented testimonials or outcomes. Approved qualifications, photographs and completed work are useful inputs when you have them.
The $350 Website Plan includes a 30-minute call, a five-page content map, an annotated homepage outline and a fixed build quote. One revision is included. The fee is credited to a Launch or Growth build booked within 30 days. It is a way to settle the brief before paying a build deposit.
I use a written brief, a preview and two consolidated review rounds for the website packages. You choose one person to return feedback. I record decisions in the agreed scope. Domain, email and paid platform accounts should be owned by your business; I confirm the access needed to publish and hand over the site.

Launch and Growth take 14 calendar days from the complete brief, assets, signed scope and 50% deposit. Two revision rounds are included. The remaining 50% is due on approval. If you are not satisfied after the two rounds, I refund the deposit. Client delays move the dates. Custom IP transfers on final payment.
I handle enquiries personally. Call times use Mountain Time. I use AI for research, drafting and production support. I review the facts, copy, code and files. I do the work personally.
This is a remote service area. VertexLineup is based in Pincher Creek; I do not claim a Calgary office or a local client history. Drone capture is coming soon and is not part of these website packages.
