If your Red Deer business already has a website, I can scope a replacement around the pages and enquiries that matter. I work remotely from Pincher Creek. The first task is to inspect the current site and the access you have.
These are planning choices for your brief. They are not claims about local clients or measured local demand.
Send the current address and a list of pages, downloads, forms and integrations you want to keep. Mark any information that is out of date. I check which URLs need a replacement and which should redirect. A new visual direction should not make an existing service, article or useful document disappear.
A contact form, booking embed and store checkout have different requirements. I confirm who owns each account and which connection is inside the quote. If you do not have access to the domain, hosting or platform, settle that before the delivery clock starts. A visual mockup cannot prove that a form reaches its owner.
I agree the destination for existing content, review internal links and include the approved redirect work in the scope. You review the new pages on a preview before publication. Search positions and enquiry volume are not guaranteed. If you have dated analytics, they can establish a baseline for later comparison.
Care is optional. The tiers are Essential at $149, Active at $299 and Improve at $499 a month. Each has a defined allowance. I help choose a tier from the updates and checks you need, rather than promising unlimited changes. Large new pages, stores and custom applications receive a separate scope.

Launch and Growth take 14 calendar days from the complete brief, assets, signed scope and 50% deposit. Two revision rounds are included. The remaining 50% is due on approval. If you are not satisfied after the two rounds, I refund the deposit. Client delays move the dates. Custom IP transfers on final payment.
I handle enquiries personally. Call times use Mountain Time. I use AI for research, drafting and production support. I review the facts, copy, code and files. I do the work personally.
